How do I create a new conversation ?
Click the “+” button at the top-left corner. A blank conversation thread will open where you can begin interacting with AI-Forge.
Can I change my account language ?
Yes ! You can switch languages in the settings (gear icon ⚙ at the bottom-left). Within the IA Models or general Settings section, you’ll find an option to choose your preferred language.
How do I delete all my conversations ?
Look for the “Delete all conversations” option in the settings or under the three-dot (⋮) menu. Once deleted, conversations cannot be recovered.
Can I reset my password if I forget it ?
Yes. On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Can I use AI-Forge on multiple devices with the same account ?
Absolutely. Log in to your account on any supported device. Your conversations and settings sync automatically across devices.
What are the available plans in AI-Forge ?
We offer multiple subscription tiers. Each plan includes different features, usage limits, and the number of models you can add. Check the Plans section in your settings to explore current options.
How many models can I add with my plan ?
This depends on your subscription tier. Higher-tier plans unlock over 200 AI models. Free or entry-level plans may offer a limited selection.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription ?
Navigate to the Plans tab in settings. Choose the plan you’d like to switch to, and confirm the change. Your billing updates automatically.
What if I exceed my usage limits ?
You’ll receive a notification if you hit your plan’s limits. You may need to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until the next billing cycle for your usage to reset.
How do I cancel my subscription ?
Go to Plans in settings and select “Cancel Subscription.” Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds or trials ?
We occasionally provide free trials and promotional offers. Refunds vary based on our refund policy—check our Terms of Service or contact support for more information.
How do I switch between different AI models ?
Each mode (Text, Image, Audio) provides a dropdown for available models. Alternatively, click the gear icon (⚙) and go to IA Models to add or change models.
Can I customize the interface appearance ?
Yes. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the gear icon and select Customization. You can:
_ Change the background color
_ Adjust the grain color
_ Modify the grain’s opacity
_ Change grain size
How do I change voices within the audio generation feature ?
In Generate audio mode, you’ll see a list of available voices (e.g., Alloy, Echo, Fable, etc.). Select a voice, and AI-Forge will use it for text-to-speech output.
Are there any best practices for prompting ?
Start with a clear and concise prompt. Include important details or constraints to guide the model. For complex prompts, break them down into smaller parts or use step-by-step instructions.
Can I save and reuse prompts ?
Yes. You can copy and paste prompts into new conversations. We plan to introduce a built-in “favorites” or “saved prompts” feature soon—stay tuned for updates !
How do I quickly switch between conversation threads ?
Use the left sidebar to view all open conversations. Click on any conversation’s title to jump right back into it.
How do I contact support ?
Look for the Technical Support icon at the top-right of the screen. Click it to open a chat with our support team on Telegram, where you can ask questions or report issues.
Where can I report bugs or give feedback ?
Besides Telegram, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the gear icon for a “Feedback” or “Report a Bug” link. We appreciate user feedback to help improve AI-Forge.
Does AI-Forge run on all browsers ?
AI-Forge is compatible with most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). For the best experience, keep your browser updated.
Why can’t I add more models or use certain features ?
Certain features depend on your plan level. If you encounter restrictions, review your plan under Plans or consider upgrading.
Is there a community forum or user group ?
We’re working on a community forum to share tips, prompts, and best practices. Watch for announcements in our news section or sign up for our newsletter.
How do I check the system’s status or see if there is ongoing maintenance ?
We perform all updates and modifications offline, so there’s no planned downtime or maintenance window. If you ever encounter an unexpected issue, please contact us via the Telegram icon at the top-right or use the Feedback or Report a Bug link under the three-dot (⋮) menu.
